• Preparing regular reports related to customer satisfaction and complaints.

• Monitoring compliance with service level agreements (SLA) and escalating urgent cases to management.

• Analyzing reasons for customer attrition and proposing corrective actions.

• Contributing to improving customer experience and strengthening relationships with them to maintain their loyalty.
