Call Centre Agent – Gold Trade Online
Job Summary
The role is responsible for handling customer inquiries, assisting clients with account setup. The role requires strong product knowledge, sales acumen, and customer service skills to ensure an exceptional client experience in compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities.
• Respond promptly to customer calls, WhatsApp, emails, and chat inquiries regarding gold trading accounts, platform features, and transaction procedures.
• Guide new clients through account registration, verification (KYC), and trading platform navigation.
• Provide accurate information about live gold prices, market updates, and trading processes while maintaining compliance with company policies.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate technical or financial issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
• Maintain high levels of professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality in all communications.
Qualifications & Skills
• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Call center, Telesales, or customer service (financial services or trading background preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Arabic, and other languages are preferable.
• Good understanding of online trading platforms, gold/silver investment products, or fintech applications is preferable.
• Basic knowledge of AML/KYC compliance is preferable.
• Good knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent listening, problem-solving, and persuasion skills.
Compensation
- Monthly salary: AED 5,500
