Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist students and visitors professionally.
- Handle customer inquiries in person, by phone, and via WhatsApp.
- Provide information about language courses and institute services.
- Manage appointments, registrations, and student records.
- Maintain excellent customer service and front desk operations.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Reception, or a Language Institute is required.
