Female Customer Service & Reception Executive

A well-established and reputable Language Institute in Dubai is looking to hire a Female Customer Service & Reception Executive to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist students and visitors professionally.
  • Handle customer inquiries in person, by phone, and via WhatsApp.
  • Provide information about language courses and institute services.
  • Manage appointments, registrations, and student records.
  • Maintain excellent customer service and front desk operations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Customer Service, Reception, or a Language Institute is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Office).
  • Fluent English is required. Arabic is an advantag
