Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service In-Charge to oversee daily customer service and scheduling operations at our Driving School. The role involves managing the scheduling team, ensuring efficient allocation of driving classes, maintaining high customer service standards, resolving escalated issues, and coordinating with instructors and relevant departments to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage the Customer Service and Scheduling teams.
Ensure efficient scheduling and allocation of driving classes and instructor assignments.
Monitor team performance and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Handle escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and scheduling issues.
Coordinate with instructors and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain accurate customer and scheduling records.
Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management.
Train and support team members to improve service quality and productivity.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Customer Service, Scheduling, or a supervisory role.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer management systems.
Excellent problem-solving and team management abilities.
Fluency in English, Urdu, and Hindi.
