Roles and responsibilities
Develop and maintain an optimal customer experience for our customers
Provide real-time assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring their transportation needs are met promptly

Ensure all customer interactions align with company policies, safety regulations, and sustainability goals
Any additional task delegated by reporting manager
Expected Qualifications:
Fluency in both spoken and written English
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Computer skills in MS Office applications and web based applications
Marketing mindset
Previous experience in a customer facing role
Willing to work in a fast paced 24×7 environment
Strong collaborator and excellent problem solving skills
Independent and confident in your ability to act, prioritize and make decisions
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Supply Chain or Logistics
Familiarity with logistics, fleet management systems, or CRM tools is a plus
