Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce our services and gather customer feedback.
- Support client onboarding by explaining our services, features, and benefits clearly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Analyze customer interactions and feedback to help improve outreach strategies.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer engagement and overall service quality.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge or experience in customer service, outbound calling, tele sales, sales, or call center operations is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
