Job Purpose:
To act as a key advisor and protector of both the customer and the business, ensuring compliance with customer protection laws, minimizing risk, and driving ethical business practices across the organization.
Core Responsibilities:
Provides financial advice to customers regarding access to the Bank’s available funds, taking into account their creditworthiness and ensuring compliance with credit standards.
Providing recommendations related to credit risk and ensure alignment with internal policies, ensure continuous updates of credit product risks.
Guides customers to make financial decisions based on analyzing their financial situation.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to credit and provide appropriate solutions and counseling.
Apply the bank’s internal policies and comply with the circulars and regulations of SAMA.
Contribute to raising awareness through social media by preparing tips that raise the level of awareness of external customers regarding credit services and products.
Contribute to the education of internal customers by preparing tips related to products and services with the aim of increasing the level of awareness and service.
Prepare periodic reports to follow up on the progress of credit counseling requests.
Qualification & Years, Nature of Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or a relevant major.
2 to 5 years of relevant experience in areas like customer protection, risk management, compliance, legal advisory, or financial services
Prior experience in Customer Experience, Retail Banking, Customer protection, Credit Advisory or a relevant field.
