Customer Loyalty & CRM Executive Jobs in Jumeirah at Pide keyfi

Location: Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai

We are looking for a motivated and organized Customer Loyalty & CRM Executive to join our team and help grow our direct customer sales channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update customer databases from CRM systems and WhatsApp.
  • Organize customer information and maintain accurate records.
  • Execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns and customer engagement activities.
  • Follow up with inactive customers and encourage repeat orders.
  • Support the development and management of customer loyalty programs.
  • Monitor customer feedback and customer retention activities.
  • Prepare weekly reports on customer activity and campaign performance.
  • Assist in increasing direct orders and reducing dependency on delivery platforms.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with WhatsApp Business and customer service.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Previous experience in CRM, customer service, telesales, or marketing is an advantage.

Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED2,500.00 per month
