Location: Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai
We are looking for a motivated and organized Customer Loyalty & CRM Executive to join our team and help grow our direct customer sales channels.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and update customer databases from CRM systems and WhatsApp.
- Organize customer information and maintain accurate records.
- Execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns and customer engagement activities.
- Follow up with inactive customers and encourage repeat orders.
- Support the development and management of customer loyalty programs.
- Monitor customer feedback and customer retention activities.
- Prepare weekly reports on customer activity and campaign performance.
- Assist in increasing direct orders and reducing dependency on delivery platforms.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with WhatsApp Business and customer service.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Previous experience in CRM, customer service, telesales, or marketing is an advantage.
Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED2,500.00 per month
