Customer Experience Specialist – Arabic (Modest Fashion) Jobs in Dubai, UAE at Wow Fashions – F.Z.C

Role Overview

You are the voice of Wow Fashions to our Arabic-speaking customers across the GCC. You combine warm, culturally fluent customer care with genuine product and garment expertise — advising women on our modest fashion pieces the way a knowledgeable friend would, resolving issues before they escalate, and protecting the premium experience our brand promises. This is a remote role with occasional in-office presence.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Care & Resolution

•  Respond to customer inquiries across WhatsApp, phone, email, and social channels in fluent Arabic and English.

•  Handle order questions, sizing guidance, delivery tracking, returns, and exchanges end-to-end.

•  Resolve complaints with composure and escalate only what genuinely requires it.

Product & Style Advisory

•  Advise customers on garment selection, fit, fabric, styling, and occasion suitability.

•  Speak with authority about our sub-brands, collections, and the cultural context of the pieces we sell.

•  Guide customers toward confident purchase decisions, reducing hesitation and returns.

Experience & Brand Protection

•  Maintain the tone and standard appropriate to each sub-brand (premium vs. accessible).

•  Follow brand rules precisely — including which offers, discounts, or messaging apply to which line.

•  Capture recurring customer questions and pain points and report them to the team.

Operational Support

•  Log interactions accurately in our CRM (Zoho).

•  Coordinate with logistics and the internal team on order and delivery issues.

Support post-purchase follow-up and light retention outreach when needed.

Work Arrangement & Compensation

•  Type: Remote / work-from-home, with occasional required visits to the Dubai Office / Sharjah Facility.

•  Hours: Part-time / Full-time.

•  Compensation: AED 1,500 – 3,000 per month, based on experience and demonstrated garment/cultural expertise.

•  Visa: Not sponsored — candidate must independently hold valid UAE residency.
