Accountant – Joinery & Wood Industry
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Accountant with a strong background in the Joinery / Wood / Furniture industry to manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial records.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting transactions, AP/AR, invoicing, payments and receipts.
- Prepare financial reports, reconciliations and management reports.
- Manage general ledger, bank reconciliation and month-end closing.
- Monitor receivables, payables and cash flow.
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients and internal departments regarding financial matters.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
- Support budgeting, costing and financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting procedures and UAE requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in accounting.
- Mandatory experience in Joinery / Wood / Furniture industry.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge with excellent understanding of accounting principles.
- Hands-on experience with SAP, Zoho, QuickBooks and ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, invoicing and financial reporting.
- Excellent Excel and analytical skills.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Immediate joiner only.
Pay: AED6,500.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
