Role Objective
Provide unique customer experience to members and Guests. Adhere to Katara Club Standards ensuring successful communication across all levels of operation. Execute excellent administrative support to club management. Establish good relations with and rapport with members, external clients/partners and personnel to ensure business continuity and viability. Develop strong relationships within the company to ensure everyone is working toward the same targets and goals. The CEC serves as the first point of contact and acts as a liaison for bookings, inquiries, sales, and service needs while ensuring accurate system logging and adherence to the club’s SOPs. Fully understand and embrace Katara Club company personality, mission, and vision and its application in all tasks associated with the duties and responsibilities.
Duties and Responsibilities.
- Greet, welcome and directs members/guests appropriately.
- Deliver courteous, professional, and timely service to members and guests, on all available platforms.
- Caters to every need of assigned members via personal phone calls/interaction.
- Process new membership applications and follow up on expiring memberships.
- Ensure all required documents for memberships and extensions are submitted and accurate.
- Ensure all sales and appointments are done accurately, all ERP carts are closed properly.
- Ensure reception is always covered/take payments/booking/tour of the facility
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Inform visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
- Maintains cash floats.
- Maintains a safe and clean reception area by complying with Katara Club rules, and regulations.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Prepare daily completion reports and feedback forms, shared with the supervisor.
- Must have a through knowledge of all the facilities and services offered by the club.
- Support the CE supervisor take decisions.
- Must perform daily operational tasks as defined in the SOPs.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure achieve sales KPIs and move the business forward.
- To perform any other duties as directed by CE Supervisor.
- Communicate clearly and concisely with CE Staff/ Management and other personnel throughout the company.
- Develop effective working relationships with colleagues, outside representatives and agencies.
- Other miscellaneous tasks as requested
Pay: From QAR1.00 per hour
