Customer Engagement Coordinator – Diabetes

Position Overview

Responsible for supporting sales & marketing activities for Sanofi products through administrative coordination, event management, and project support.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

Provide office administrative support including scheduling meetings, document management, and travel arrangements

Support team communication and organizational initiatives

Marketing & Event Coordination

Coordinate brand events and interface with external agencies

Support marketing team with planning cycles and digital campaigns

Budget & Project Management

Manage projects and electronic systems (eHAT, eBUY, NAYA, Veeva vault)

Handle vendor management, contracts, and documentation

Maintain accurate records and payment tracking

Reporting & Compliance

Prepare event reports and manage budgets

Ensure adherence to Sanofi’s ethics and safety standards

Requirements

Minimum 3 years in administrative and event coordination

Strong project management and analytical skills

Experience in pharmaceuticals/marketing field

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Self-motivated with ability to work independently
