Al Borg Diagnostics, a leading provider of diagnostic health services, is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care Officer in Taif. As a Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction at our Taif branch.

Responsibilities
Greet walk-in customers politely, promptly, and helpfully, providing necessary information or instructions, and addressing customer needs & inquiries.
Follow up on B2C sales daily/monthly to achieve targets.
Answer phone calls pleasantly and maintain a clean, orderly reception area, including waiting areas and bathrooms.
Receive ready results, review and check them before delivery to the patient, ensuring completeness, signatures, and that they are free from fees. Deliver results to customers upon receipt, fax results to referring clients.
Use Al Borg laboratory computer system for registration, creating job orders, issuing bills upon receiving fees, and printing forms for specific tests.
Direct customers to the lab manager or their designee for queries, handle walk-in customer complaints, and have them fill out a complaint report.
Distribute customer satisfaction survey forms to walk-in customers, collect completed surveys, and follow up with customers via calls if they do not attend.
Print daily cash revenue reports, send lab requests and deleted job orders to the accounting department, and assist with word-processing and secretarial duties, including preparations for meetings.
Coordinate sample collection with clients and courier services.
Ensure all duties comply with national regulations and CAP standards, if applicable.
Train newly hired receptionists.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Health Diploma in Health Management, Medical Records, Medical Laboratories, or equivalent;
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to handle inquiries and complaints professionally and empathetically.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Fluency in Arabic is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
Proficient in using computer systems and software.
Availability to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
