CSA Estimator (Civil, Structural, and Architectural)
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CSA Estimator tojoin our team. The ideal candidate will have aproven track recordof preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and working with tender documentation in both the UAE and KSA markets. The candidate must have extensive experience in the construction industry, preferably in D&B projects and in data centers.
Key Responsibilities:
Review tender documents, including drawings, specifications, and client requirements, to understand the project scope.
Conduct detailed studies of tender conditions, constraints, and special requirements.
Prepare accurate and detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for CSA elements of the project.
Perform cost analysis, considering materials, labor, equipment, and other project-related expenses.
Ensure estimates are competitive and aligned with current market rates.
Identify and engage suppliers and subcontractors in the UAE and KSA to obtain quotations.
Evaluate potential risks, variations, and value engineering options.
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure accuracy in estimations.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of estimation experience within the UAE and KSA markets.
Proven expertise in D&B projects, with data center experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of local regulations, market rates, and construction practices in the GCC.
Proficiency in estimation software and tools (e.g., Candy, CCS, or similar).
Excellent ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
Familiarity with sustainable building practices and green certifications.
Being a Registered Engineer with an Engineering Practice Certificate from Abu Dhabi Municipality will be an added advantage.
