Job Description :
Good to Have :
Good experience in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle, UNIX Essentials.
Basic Telecom E2E Understanding.
Worked in any CRM System.
Good to have CRM system Functional & Conceptual Knowledge.
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role :
Execute & monitoring daily operational activities and provide 24*7 support for production environment.
Fixing failed orders.
Configuration deployments
Incident management (Handling TT’s) / Knowledge Management / Problem Management.
Execution of data fixes and IAFs handed over by release management
Analyzing the Production issues and performing quality checks.
Coordinating with L3/Dev team for fixing production issues or gaps in the processes/system.
Adhoc Report generation.
Act as liaison between operation and Support in other areas ( i.e., Network, Operation, DBAs, Developers, etc. ) on problem management.
