Altair Real Estate is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in lead generation for the luxury real estate market. The ideal candidate will execute digital strategies, optimize campaigns, and drive conversions across off-plan and secondary luxury markets.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract high-quality real estate leads.
-Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) for cost-efficiency and ROI.
-Use analytics tools to track and improve campaign performance, aligning lead quality with sales goals.
-Build and maintain CRM databases for effective lead nurturing.
-Design data-driven digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
-Optimize SEO/SEM strategies to increase organic traffic and online presence.
-Manage targeted social media campaigns, create engaging content, and analyze performance.
-Track, measure, and report KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
-3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and lead generation, preferably in real estate.
-Expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and CRM tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
-Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.
-Excellent analytical skills and communication in English and Russian.
Salary: AED 8000 (based on experience).
