We are seeking an experienced Estimation Engineer / Senior Estimation Engineer for a leading construction and modular building organization in the UAE.
This role involves end-to-end responsibility for preparing accurate cost estimates and competitive tender proposals for complex Civil, Structural, and MEP projects.
Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare detailed cost estimates based on drawings, BOQs, specifications, and tender documents.
– Lead preparation and submission of technical and commercial tender proposals.
– Analyze project requirements, identify risks, and develop pricing strategies.
– Coordinate with Engineering, Design, Procurement, and Project teams to ensure accurate scope interpretation.
– Obtain, evaluate, and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations.
– Participate in site visits, tender clarifications, and pre-contract discussions.
– Ensure all estimates comply with company procedures, quality standards, and approval processes.
– Maintain proper documentation and estimation backup for audit and review purposes.
