Job Description – Responsibilities
1- Study tender documents, drawings, specifications, and bill of quantities before initiating the pricing process.
2- Prepare pricing for work items according to the scope of work and project requirements and specifications.
3- Calculate costs of materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors accurately.
4- Request price quotations from suppliers and subcontractors, follow up, and compare them technically and financially.
5- Prepare comparison tables, analyze prices, and select the most suitable offers based on project requirements.
6- Coordinate with project and study departments to obtain necessary information for pricing.
7- Review quantities and prices and ensure data accuracy before finalizing the offer.
8- Prepare the financial and technical offer in coordination with the specialized team and submit it for review and approval.
9- Study potential risks and additional costs in the project and raise observations to the relevant management.
10- Monitor market price updates for materials, services, and equipment to support pricing accuracy.
11- Establish a database for prices, suppliers, and subcontractors and refer to it as needed.
12- Adhere to deadlines for submitting price offers and tenders.
13- Organize and maintain files related to tenders, offers, correspondence, and relevant documents.
14- Prepare reports and analyses related to offers and projects and support the studies and pricing manager.
