Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to design scalable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions that align with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end solution design, perform technology and architectural trade-off analysis, and ensure solution delivery aligns with organizational standards, security requirements, and long-term technology strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise applications and digital transformation initiatives.

• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Define application, integration, infrastructure, security, and data architecture for projects.

• Conduct architecture reviews, technology evaluations, and trade-off analyses.

• Collaborate with enterprise architects, business analysts, development teams, infrastructure teams, and stakeholders.

• Ensure solutions comply with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and governance frameworks.

• Produce architecture documentation, solution diagrams, interface specifications, and technical design documents.

• Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, including implementation support and production readiness.

• Mentor engineering teams on architectural best practices and design patterns.

Must Have Skills

• Experience in End-to-End Solution Design AND Trade-Off Analysis AND Alignment with Enterprise Standards.

• Architecture frameworks: TOGAF OR Zachman Framework OR ArchiMate.

• Cloud platforms: AWS OR Microsoft Azure OR Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Architecture styles: Microservices OR Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) OR Event-Driven Architecture OR Serverless Architecture.

• Integration technologies: REST APIs OR GraphQL OR gRPC OR Apache Kafka OR RabbitMQ.

• 
  Application Architecture AND Integration Architecture AND Data Architecture AND Security Architecture.

• 
  Solution Design AND Technical Leadership AND Architecture Governance AND Risk Assessment.

• Strong understanding of CI/CD AND DevSecOps AND Infrastructure as Code (Terraform OR AWS CloudFormation OR Azure Bicep).

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Good to Have Skills

• Architecture modeling tools: Sparx Enterprise Architect OR LeanIX OR Bizzdesign OR Lucidchart OR Microsoft Visio.

• Container platforms: Docker OR Kubernetes OR OpenShift.

• Experience with Oracle OR PostgreSQL OR Microsoft SQL Server OR MongoDB.

• Familiarity with Redis OR Memcached for distributed caching.

• Knowledge of messaging and streaming platforms: Apache Kafka OR RabbitMQ OR Azure Service Bus OR Amazon SQS.

• Experience implementing Identity and Access Management using OAuth 2.0 OR OpenID Connect (OIDC) OR SAML.

• Certifications: TOGAF OR AWS Certified Solutions Architect OR Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert OR Google Professional Cloud Architect.

• Experience supporting cloud migration, application modernization, and digital transformation programs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.

• 9–12 years of experience in solution architecture, software architecture, or enterprise application design.

• Proven experience designing and delivering complex enterprise-scale solutions.

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), security, scalability, and performance optimization.

• Ability to influence technical direction while collaborating effectively with business and engineering stakeholders.
