We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Control Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of proven experience in reputable contracting companies.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to approved budgets
- Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and variance analysis
- Track project expenditures and commitments
- Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and site teams
- Review subcontractor invoices and variation orders
- Support tendering and budgeting activities when required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Proven experience as a Cost Control Engineer, minimum 10 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of cost management and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Excel and cost control software
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
