Responsibilities:
Develop the Cost accounting systems and drill down the cost variances at the BOM level, reporting issues thereon.
Develop and monitor the intra-company Transfer Pricing.
Participate in Budget and BP Preparation.
Conduct variance analysis and reporting.
Measure and analyze financial and non-financial elements (including BEP analysis, CVP analysis, Inventory reconciliation, etc.) and report timely.
Report on cost/profit center heads, including variances and providing ample justification for those variations.
Rollout of cost accounting systems in ERP and streamline all cost accounting records.
Monthly reporting of all direct and indirect costs, including variations with justifications.
Possess good knowledge of using Microsoft tools.
Have a good knowledge and experience working with ERP, with Oracle ERP preferred.
