Job Summary
We are seeking a Corporate Lawyer to support our diversified conglomerate across four business segments:
Industrial Manufacturing, Property, Trading and Distribution, and Managed Services.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Support M&A activities, ensuring legal due diligence andregulatory compliance.
Assist in dispute resolution and litigation management.
Collaborate with business units to align legal strategies with operational goals.
Stay updated on industry regulations and legal trends affecting our sectors.
Qualifications:
LL.B. degree or equivalent; admitted to the bar council.
Proven experience in corporate law, ideally within diversified industries.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Excellentcommunicationand interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
