Job Title: Corporate Development Specialist
Location – Qatar
Experience:
- Minimum of 20 years of cumulative experience in Human Resources Management, working in a structured HR Dept. of a public sector authority or a reputable MNC.
- Extensive experience in organisational design and effectiveness, workforce planning and Customer-focused HR practices
- Experience in driving medium/large-scale HR projects and proven performance in stakeholder management
- Able to work at all levels with clients and management
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders and staff at all levels within and outside the Organisation
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English is mandatory.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in Arabic would be an advantage.
Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in the HR or other relevant discipline
- Education qualification obtained from North America, West Europe, Australia
- Holder of Accreditation from recognize Institute or similar would be an advantage
- HR Certification(s) by a reputable Institution preferred
- Project Management qualification preferred
- Current/valid Qatar Driving License would be an advantage
