We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Contracts & Visa / Residency Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and managing a wide range of contracts while supporting clients and team members through Spain and European Union visa and residency processes.
this job is fix salary plus commision
Key responsibilities
Draft, review, and manage contracts including service agreements
- Support clients through Spain and European visa applications including the Digital Nomad Visa, Golden Visa, Non-Lucrative Visa, and EU residency permits
- Maintain and organize a central contract repository, tracking deadlines, renewals
- Provide guidance and status updates to clients throughout the application and contract lifecycle
- Proven experience drafting contracts in a legal, real estate, or corporate settingStrong knowledge of Spanish and/or EU immigration law and visa types Fluency in English and farsi (written and spoken)Excellent attention to detail and organizational skillsExperience handling confidential documents and client data
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
