Contract Manager – Facility Management Jobs in الدمام at Thabit Trading & Contracting Company
Thabit Trading and Contracting Company, established 1981, delivers integrated facility management and contracting services across the Kingdom. We are hiring a Contract Manager to lead a large-scale, multi-site facility management program.
Responsibilities: Full accountability for contract delivery across multiple sites — operations, quality, HSE, and client relations. Lead a multi-disciplinary workforce through department managers and supervisors. Manage contract compliance, KPIs/SLAs, budgets, and reporting. Act as the principal point of contact with the client’s representatives.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree: BBA or BSc in Engineering
- Facility Management certification (IFMA FMP/CFM, IWFM, or equivalent)
- Minimum 8 years of experience, including 4 years supervisory or 2 years managerial, in facility management or building operations & maintenance contracts
- Fluent English; valid Saudi driver’s license
Preferred: Experience on Saudi Aramco or major government FM contracts; Arabic.
