Job Description:
we are seeking a motivated & enthusiastic Sales coordinator to Join our team in our Team in Dubai, the ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, knowing of the products, coordinate after sale orders with suppliers, customer, & support after sale
Responsibilities:
*Handling purchase orders from the showrooms to supplier
*Following up the orders with supplier process and delivery
*Following up with the customer & confirm the delivery time & Date
*Ability to understand the customer concern, handling customer inquiries & solve the complaint in professional manner
*Providing Excellent after sale customer service
*Solve the customer requirement based on the company polices
*Ability to understand the company strategy & be efficient team member to reach a seated goal
*Arrange the orders & purchase order in Excel files for each showroom & each supplier
*Excellent Negations Skills to handle the customers requirement
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in Furniture or retail in UAE
-Strong Interpersonal & communication Skills
-Ability to work in a Fast-Paced environment
-Excellent Customer Service Skills
– Basic Computer Skills
-High School diploma or equivalent college degree
-Speak & wright English is must
-Speak Arabic is advantage
-Other langue is addition
