Job Description
Prophunters is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Real Estate Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate administration, ensuring smooth office operations while supporting the sales and management teams.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day office operations to maintain an organized and efficient work environment.
Provide administrative support to executives, senior management, and sales teams.
Prepare and manage real estate contracts, including Forms A, B, and F, tenancy contracts, and addendums for rental properties.
Ensure compliance with Trakheesi permit regulations, handling permit applications and renewals.
Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring accurate property listings and client data.
Assist in the sales process by coordinating documentation, contracts, and client communication.
Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings, providing timely and professional responses.
Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems related to real estate transactions and office operations.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a real estate administrative role.
Strong understanding of the real estate sales process and documentation.
Well-versed in using CRM software for property management and client tracking.
Knowledgeable in Trakheesi Permits and Dubai Land Department regulations.
Experience in preparing real estate contracts (A, B, F), tenancy contracts, and addendums.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and other relevant real estate software.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
