As a Consultant Cardiologist in this private setting, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality cardiovascular care to patients. Your expertise and Western training will be instrumental in diagnosing and managing complex heart conditions, providing personalized treatment plans, and ensuring excellent patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive consultations and examinations to assess patients’ cardiovascular health.
• Perform and interpret advanced cardiac diagnostic tests, including echocardiograms, cardiac catheterizations, and cardiac MRI scans.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of cardiovascular conditions, such as coronary artery disease, valvular heart disease, and arrhythmias.
• Develop individualized treatment strategies tailored to each patient’s unique needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and patient-centered care.
• Perform cardiac interventions and procedures, including angioplasty, stent placement, and pacemaker insertions.
• Educate patients and their families on heart health, lifestyle modifications, and medication management.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, research projects, and professional development activities.

Requirements

• Medical degree from a Western institution and Western board certification in Cardiology.
• Residency training in Internal Medicine followed by fellowship training in Cardiology from a reputable Western program.
• Proven experience as a Consultant Cardiologist in a Western healthcare setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency in advanced cardiac procedures and interpretation of complex diagnostic tests.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with patients, families, and colleagues effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Capacity to manage a diverse caseload and prioritize patient care efficiently.
