In this position you will be working closely with a specific engagement account to resolve difficult challenges or issues based on an accepted technical proposal is one of your responsibilities. Doing data analysis, looking for patterns and trends, and coming up with recommendations for how the customer can best achieve their goals
Responsibilities
Organizing and executing assigned business projects on behalf of clients according to client’s requirements.
Meeting with assigned clients when needed and perform an initial assessment of a problematic situation.
Create process maps and other documentation in order to present your findings to client.
Develop and implement ideas that will increase efficiency and simplify existing processes.
Create reports and presentations for both the internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the latest industry trends and standards of practice.
Build relationships with clients and team members and ensuring quality of deliverables is as per TBS framework and standards.
Qualifications
4+ Years of related experience.
Bachelor of business administration, or similar field.
Strong presentation and communication skills
