Job Summary
Supervise mechanical construction and installation works for energy projects. Ensure compliance with project scope, quality, safety, and environmental regulations. Coordinate commissioning and completion activities.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise mechanical site works to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.
Participate in reviews, inspections, and progress meetings.
Interpret drawings, schedules, method statements, and JSA.
Review contractor plans and schedules.
Control site mobilization and work permits.
Monitor progress, issue reports, and manage punch list closure.
Assist with MCC and commissioning.
Enforce safety and environmental rules.
Address site issues and recommend solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams and contractors.
Qualifications
BSc in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
10+ years experience in mechanical construction for oil & gas/infrastructure projects.
Experience with commissioning and interface management.
Familiar with standards, PTW, and technical drawings.
Multinational contractor experience is a plus.
Strong reporting, coordination, and communication skills.
