Construction Supervisor (Block, Tile, Electrical & MEP Works)
Location: Dubai, UAE
We are looking for a skilled and dependable Construction Supervisor to oversee on-site operations across multiple trades, including block work, tile installation, electrical systems, and MEP work. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of managing teams while ensuring high-quality execution and timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily site activities and workforce
- Ensure high-quality execution of block work, tiling, electrical, and MEP installations
- Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Prepare accurate project quotations, cost estimates, and material take-offs
- Enforce compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies
- Identify and resolve site issues promptly
- Report progress, challenges, and updates to management
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor with multi-trade expertise
- Strong technical knowledge of block work, tile work, electrical, and MEP systems
- Ability to prepare quotations and detailed cost estimates
- Good leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Valid driving license (mandatory)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical diploma or certification in construction or a related field
- Experience in residential and/or commercial construction projects
Notes: Salary will be discussed during the interview.
