Job Purpose
Supervise & monitor NFXP Top Sides Contractor Team field planning, coordination, and execution activities.
Appraise the performance of the NFXP Topsides Contractor Team in safety, quality, cost (as applicable), and schedule.
Prepare and provide routine verbal and written progress reports to the Head of Construction and update S-curve performance of the contractor with analysis to achieve progress.
Ensure that the NFXP offshore Top Sides Contractor Team develops, implements, and sustains its Safety and Quality program at the site.
Review the NFXP offshore Top Sides Contractor’s construction deliverables like method statements, construction procedures, lifting schemes, etc. as per company specifications.
Manage all piping related activities including but not limited to prefabrication, fabrication, installation, hydrotesting, flushing, drying, cleaning, reinstatement, and pre-commissioning (including required check and task sheets).
Qualifications
Either in excess of 15 years construction experience or an apprenticeship, diploma in a relevant discipline, or degree in a relevant discipline plus experience in a similar role.
Knowledge and/or Experience
Minimum 15 years experience in fabrication, construction, pre-commissioning within the offshore oil and gas industry.
Experience with Offshore Topsides and similar construction work at supervisory level and exhaustive experience for the preparation, fabrication, installation, and hydro testing of piping & pipelines pertaining to Topsides with EPCI contractors.
Experience in fabrication, installation, and testing of high-pressure piping of solid inconel, alloy 625 CRA clad pipeline, carbon steel, stainless steel, CUNI, GRE, etc. materials is essential.
Experience of fabrication and testing of high pressure piping spools having HUBs is important.
Application and in-depth knowledge of stakeholder specifications and a working knowledge of industry standards.
