TUBA Real Estate Development is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the execution of a premium mixed-use development in Al Khobar, including residential townhouses and commercial facilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project execution from planning through completion, ensuring that the project is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with the required quality standards and applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall planning and execution of the construction project.
- Develop, monitor, and update project schedules and key milestones.
- Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
- Oversee structural, architectural, and finishing works throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and delays, and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Saudi Building Code requirements and relevant local authority regulations.
- Monitor construction quality, safety, cost, and schedule performance.
- Review project documentation, progress reports, and contractor submissions.
- Provide regular project updates and management reports.
- Support effective coordination between all project disciplines and stakeholders.
