Construction Manager :(5 Years’ Experience)

We are looking for a skilled Construction Manager with at least 5 years of experience to oversee site operations, coordinate teams, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure smooth project execution
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with HSE and QA/QC standards
- Review drawings, resolve site issues, and support project planning
- Prepare site reports and update management on project status
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in construction management (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of site operations, materials, and construction methods
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple teams and fast‑paced environments
