Guildhall is recruiting for a Construction Manager to join a leading international engineering and construction contractor in the UAE. The role requires extensive experience managing complex high-rise projects while coordinating multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients throughout the construction lifecycle.
Job Responsibilities:
– Site Management: Direct daily operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and troubleshooting to prevent delays.
– Quality & Safety: Enforce strict compliance with UAE building codes, health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies, and QA/QC standards.
– Coordination: Collaborate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and consultants to manage design, structural, and MEP interfaces.
– Documentation & Reporting: Prepare progress reports, review shop drawings, and manage contractual documents (permits, change orders).
– Budgeting: Control costs by managing materials and certifying subcontractor payments.
