Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in conservation and repair works
Proven expertise in architectural finishes, including: Wood, Glass, Ceramic & tiles, Stone & marble, Metal grills , Mosaic, Wallpaper, Stucco and decorative finishes
Strong understanding of conservation principles, materials, and techniques
Ability to assess condition, recommend interventions, and execute high-quality repairs
Experience working on heritage or culturally significant structures is highly preferred

Carry out condition assessments and prepare method statements for conservation works
Execute repair and restoration works with precision and care
Ensure all interventions align with conservation best practices and project requirements
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, architects, and project managers
