Senior Supervisor – Facility Management Jobs in Doha at AQUA CLEAN
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership skills, extensive cleaning and soft services experience, and the ability to effectively manage operations across multiple client locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage cleaning and operations across multiple sites.
- Lead, train, and motivate supervisors, team leaders, and cleaning staff to ensure service excellence.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.
- Monitor manpower deployment, attendance, productivity, and performance across all assigned locations.
- Coordinate with clients and respond promptly to operational concerns, complaints, and service requests.
- Ensure proper utilization of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and consumables.
- Maintain health, safety, and environmental standards at all times.
- Prepare operational reports, incident reports, and client feedback reports.
- Ensure all sites comply with company policies, procedures, and contractual obligations.
Requirements:
✔ Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in Facilities Management, Cleaning, or Soft Services within the GCC.
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience managing multiple locations/sites simultaneously.
✔ Strong knowledge of cleaning methodologies, chemicals, equipment, color-coding systems, and industry best practices.
✔ Experience handling large workforces in a facilities management environment.
✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Ability to work under pressure and manage client expectations effectively.
✔ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
✔ Valid GCC driving license preferred.
✔ BICSc, ISSA, or other cleaning industry certifications will be an advantage.
