We are looking for an experienced General Concrete Supervisor with strong practical experience in the ready-mix concrete industry to supervise concrete production, supply, pumping, and casting operations, while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise concrete casting activities and monitor execution at project sites.
- Coordinate with the batching plant, mixer truck drivers, pump operators, and site teams to ensure timely concrete delivery.
- Monitor concrete quality and ensure that concrete mixes comply with approved technical specifications.
- Oversee concrete pumping and casting operations and resolve any technical issues that may arise during execution.
- Coordinate with project engineers and clients to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations.
- Prepare daily reports and submit technical and operational observations.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements throughout all stages of work.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the ready-mix concrete industry.
- Experience must be in ready-mix concrete plants or companies, not only in general contracting companies.
- Strong practical experience in concrete production, delivery, pumping, and casting operations.
- Good knowledge of concrete types, mix designs, and quality requirements.
- Ability to supervise work teams, handle work pressure, and make effective site decisions.
- Good reporting and communication skills.
