Manager/Director of Operations and Brand Development for a gaming brand
Opportunity Overview
We are looking for a leadership figure with the experience and ambition to establish and manage a specialized gaming brand. You will be responsible for building the operational and managerial structure from scratch, setting strategic plans and operational strategies, and forming and leading a team to achieve growth objectives.
We have a specialized factory for manufacturing games, and we seek a leader capable of transforming available resources into a successful brand ready for expansion both within and outside the kingdom.
Responsibilities
- Develop the strategic and operational plan for the brand.
- Establish the organizational and operational structure for the brand.
- Attract talents and build the team while overseeing them.
- Prepare operational policies and procedures and ensure their implementation.
- Lead product development operations in collaboration with manufacturers and designers.
- Oversee the brand identity and customer experience.
- Manage operational activities, inventory, and seasonal releases.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and e-commerce teams.
- Monitor performance indicators and develop continuous improvement plans.
- Submit regular reports to senior management including achievements and development plans.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the fashion, gaming, or retail sector.
- Proven experience in establishing or developing a brand or managing its operations.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to build and develop teams.
- Experience in managing operations, setting plans, and achieving objectives.
- Deep understanding of the women’s gaming and fashion market in the kingdom.
- Strong decision-making, negotiation, and project management skills.
