The Concierge Specialist plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional and unforgettable experiences for our guests. Job Scope
Beyond guest interactions, this role involves thedynamicmanagement of relationships with B2B partners and suppliers. As a Concierge Specialist, you will collaborate seamlessly with our partners, ensuring that the partnerships are nurtured and maintained at a high level.Your abilityto foster strong relationships with suppliers is key to providing our guests with a seamless and exceptional experience, from booking to the actual stay.
In addition to elevating our guests’ overall experience and managing external partnerships, this role carries the responsibility of ensuring the proper and efficient management of guest complaints and feedback. Your dedication to addressing concerns and enhancing our services based on valuable feedback will contribute significantly to thecontinuous improvementof our guest offerings. As a Concierge Specialist, you are an essential part of our commitment to excellence, creating lasting impressions and fostering positive relationships with our valued guests, B2B partners, and suppliers alike.
Minimum Requirements:
Fluency in Mandarin or Hebrew
Higher secondaryeducation
Background in hospitality, tourism, or travel with the ability to thrive in afast-paced environment
Experience in roles that provide transferable skills
Met and exceeded performance metrics as a Concierge Agent
Ability to establish and maintain rapport with guests
Proficient computer and system skills
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and writtencommunication skills, with the ability to convert inquiries into sales
Outstandingempathy,problem-solvingabilities, and decision-making skills
Proven track recordof achieving individual and team targets
University Degree or Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality Management
Hotel Reservations experience, DMC, Travel Agent, or Tour operator
Demonstrated confidence and enthusiasm in previous roles
Strongattention to detailand accuracy in tasks
Previous experience in sales
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
