Join us today to enable a secure future.  Key Accountabilities  Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.  Conduct regular audits and reviews to assess compliance with internal policies and external regulations.  Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance-related topics, including anti-corruption, data privacy, and ethical conduct.

Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization and recommend appropriate actions.  Investigate compliance concerns or violations and implement corrective actions as necessary.  Collaborate with legal, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment on compliance initiatives.  Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities.  Prepare reports for management and regulatory agencies as required.  Participate in compliance-related meetings and committees to share updates and best practices.

Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in compliance management.  Analytical mindset with the ability to identify compliance risks and develop appropriate strategies for mitigation.  Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.  Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.  Proficiency in using compliance software and tools for monitoring and reporting purposes.

Knowledge/Qualification & Experience  Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, law, or a related field.  Advanced degree or certification in compliance (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional) is a plus.  Preferred 12 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, and risk management.
