· Prepare a wide variety of cakes, cookies etc.
· Decorate pastries using different icings, toppings etc. to ensure the presentation will be as per the standard of the branch
· Monitor stocks for baking ingredients such as flour, sugar etc.
· Check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking
· Know and Respect the HACCP rules
2-3 years of experience in catering industry, hotel, restaurant.
