Job Description:
· Prepare, cook, and present authentic Arabic hot dishes in accordance with approved recipes, portion standards, and the restaurant’s quality and presentation requirements.
· Support the Hot Section in daily mise en place and service, including preparation of meat, poultry, rice, vegetables, sauces, grills, stews, and other Arabic specialties, ensuring consistency during high-volume operations.
· Maintain strict standards of food safety, hygiene, temperature control, storage, and kitchen cleanliness, following HACCP and UAE food safety practices.
· Work closely with the Chef de Partie and wider kitchen brigade to ensure timely service, proper stock rotation, minimal food wastage, and smooth kitchen operations.
