Working alongside experienced chefs, you play an important role in delivering high-quality dishes with consistency, care, and attention to detail. Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

• Prepare high-quality dishes: Assist in the preparation and presentation of menu items according to established recipes, portion guidelines, and quality standards, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish.
• Delight our guests: Support the kitchen team in delivering guest orders accurately and efficiently, contributing to a positive and memorable dining experience.
• Support daily kitchen operations: Develop a strong understanding of menu offerings, assist with food preparation across designated kitchen sections, and help maintain quality and consistency during service.
• Ensure quality and presentation standards: Assist in checking food items before service to ensure they meet the required quality, freshness, and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace: Keep workstations, equipment, and storage areas clean, organized, and well-stocked while following proper food handling, storage, and food safety procedures.
• Assist with inventory and stock control: Support stock rotation, monitor ingredient levels, and assist with requisitions and inventory checks to ensure adequate supplies are available.
• Comply with regulatory standards: Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation requirements, maintaining the highest standards of food safety and ensuring the wellbeing of both guests and team members.
