Twisted Olive Qatar is looking for a motivated Commis 2 to support the kitchen team in food preparation and daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation and mise en place.
- Support the Chef de Partie during service.
- Prepare and present dishes according to standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
- Properly store and handle ingredients.
- Minimize food waste and maintain portion control.
- Assist other kitchen sections when required.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Commis Chef is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking.
- Good hygiene and food safety awareness.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
