Commercial / Quantity Surveyor (QS) Professional
Valid UAE Driving License is required.
We are looking for an experienced Commercial / Quantity Surveying professional with a background in the construction industry to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in:
- Following up and coordinating progressive payment applications with clients and consultants.
- Monitoring payment status and ensuring timely payment certification and collection.
- Preparing, submitting, and following up on variation claims and approvals.
- Managing final accounts, negotiation, reconciliation, and closure.
- Coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams on commercial matters.
- Reviewing contractual and commercial requirements and ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and commercial follow-up skills.
- Ability to maintain close coordination with project and finance teams to ensure timely commercial settlements.
Key Requirements
- Construction industry experience is essential.
- Knowledge of Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management.
- Proven experience in progressive payments, variations, claims, and final accounts.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English – written and spoken.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to deal confidently with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- UAE construction experience would be an advantage.
