Job Description
This is a full-time position requiring on-site presence at the company headquarters in Ajman, titled Warehouse Operations Assistant.
The employee will be responsible for receiving incoming goods, inspecting them, and storing them, ensuring all products are accurately recorded and organized securely within the warehouse.
Responsibilities also include preparing customer orders through the receiving and packing process according to established operational procedures, in addition to labeling shipments and preparing them for collection by delivery or transport companies.
The employee will also support inventory monitoring activities through regular audits, reporting any discrepancies or errors, and maintaining accurate records of inventory within the warehouse management system.
Daily responsibilities include maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines, and collaborating with team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals and service levels.
The ability to perform some basic warehouse movements safely, such as lifting and moving cartons and pallets when necessary, within reasonable weight limits and according to safety procedures.
