About
The Role
A newly created role our recent refresh of our 2030 strategy identified the Middle East as a key opportunity for the Group to continue its next phase. The Commercial FP&A Manager will play a critical role in partnering with the Middle East team on all commercial aspects of the business in support of our 2030 growth ambitions. More specifically, your duties will include:
Partner with the Sales team on all financial matters in relation to volume, pricing and trade spend investment to achieve top line growth, margin optimisation and Revenue Growth Management (RGM).
Finance lead in the S&OP process, developing, delivering and analysing the financial forecast to achieve the strategic objectives of the Business Unit.
Partnering on the A&P activity and opex for the Middle East business.
Work as part of a cross-functional team, leveraging your experience and superior business partnering skills challenging, bringing insights and advising to assess growth opportunities and influence decisions and recommendations from the team.
Key for this role is the ability to also work across Finance, bringing the right functional SMEs and teams together to maximize the impact the Finance organization has on the Business Unit.
About You
7-10 years’ experience within commercial financial planning and analysis with a degree in Finance/Accounting.
Substantial experience partnering and influencing commercial outcomes within an FMCG or manufacturing business.
Ability to join the dots and make decisions in a fast moving global business environment.
The fast pace and changing environment require the ability to operate both at a strategic and tactical level.
Demonstrated influencing skills with the ability to drive and deliver value.
You are someone who loves deep diving into your work, a natural problem solver you are also a lateral thinker who enjoys working in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
