Job Summary:

We are seeking a Sales & Client Success Lead to join our team. This key role will be responsible for driving new business growth and ensuring the success and satisfaction of our existing clients. You will provide expert consultation on ICT, AV & Security integration solutions, collaborating with the Pre-Sales and Solution Architect teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within target markets.
Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the company’s market presence.
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals in collaboration with the Pre-Sales team, ensuring a tailored approach that meets client requirements.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, focusing on long-term business growth.
Negotiate and close sales contracts, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Develop lead-generation campaigns and promotional materials.

Client Success:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.
Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships by offering proactive support and expert consultation.
Conduct regular client check-ins to assess evolving needs, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Collaborate with the Solution Architect to provide technical consultation and deliver ICT, AV & Security solutions tailored to client needs.
Provide training and support to clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our solutions.
Collect and relay client feedback to the internal teams for ongoing product and service enhancement.
Oversee the client onboarding process, ensuring smooth and efficient implementation.

Sales Reporting and CRM Management:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions within the CRM system.
Provide sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
Track and report on sales metrics, ensuring targets and KPIs are met consistently.
Work closely with Pre-Sales and Solution Architects to ensure seamless solution delivery and implementation.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences, expanding your professional network and staying informed on industry developments.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales and client success, preferably in the ICT or AV integration industry.
Strong technical understanding of ICT, AV and Security technologies and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in CRM software and related tools.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field.
Experience working with specific AV or ICT vendors.

Key Considerations for the Role:

Solution Selling: A consultative approach is essential—understanding client needs and providing tailored, value-driven solutions.
Technical Consultation: The role requires collaboration with Pre-Sales and Solution Architects to provide in-depth technical consultation and deliver customized solutions to clients.
Project Coordination: The Sales & Client Success Lead will need to work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and successful implementation.
Client Success: The Sales Lead must also be proactive in ensuring client satisfaction and long-term client retention, collaborating closely with the Client Success team to deliver on expectations and address any concerns promptly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED8,000.00 – AED8,500.00 per month

Experience:

Sales ICT or AV: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

UAE Driving License (Preferred)
