Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Collection Head to lead our collection and booking teams, maximize revenue recovery, and oversee property operational compliance. The ideal candidate must possess a strong Finance & Accounting background combined with hands-on experience in UAE Property Management or Real Estate operations. This role bridges corporate finance oversight with direct field management.
Key Responsibilities
- Rent & Revenue Recovery: Enforce 100% pre-move-in payment collection (rent, security deposits, admin fees). Pursue overdue rents, track absconding/defaulting tenants, and apply late payment penalties strictly per company policy.
- Team Leadership: Monitor daily productivity, call volumes, and recovery metrics for the collection and booking teams.
- On-Site Inspections & Audit: Conduct mandatory physical inspections of vacant/occupied units (at least 10 flats daily) and weekly site visits to monitor housekeeping, maintenance readiness, and tenant move-outs.
- Tenant Verification & Compliance: Ensure complete tenant documentation and same-day system logging before unit handovers.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance summaries, absconding tracker updates, and audit reports to Senior Management and Accounts.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of progressive experience in collections, credit control, or financial operations within the UAE Real Estate or Property Management sector (Highly Preferred).
- Skills: Strong understanding of UAE tenancy norms, financial reconciliation, default management, and team supervision.
- Mobility: Willingness to conduct regular field visits across property sites in Dubai.
- Technical: Proficient in Excel, property management software, and financial reporting tools.
Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
